Description
Join naturalist Robert Ayotte for a presentation and discussion of the Conifers of the Great Lakes region. The discussion will feature the identification, biology, and ecology of the native cone bearing plants. There will be a general introduction to conifers, and then we will focus on the 13 native conifer species. Afterward, the group is welcome to join Robert for a tour of the notable conifers gracing the arboretum of Hidden Lake Gardens.
