Are you caring for a loved one with a memory loss?
Region 2 Area Agency on Aging is offering a FREE 6 week class for
Creating Confident Caregivers
The class will help reduce a caregiver's stress by:
Improving your confidence as a caregiver
Helping you create a positive caregiving environment
Learning how to manage/redirect challenging behaviors
Sharing ideas for daily activities for your loved one based on their strengths
Learning to take better care of yourself so you can provide good care for your loved one.
Free Creating Confident Caregivers Classes will be offered:
