Description
During this introduction class, wellness advocate, Paula Burke will cover what essential oils are, where they come from and how to use them effectively and safetly. We will go over basic application methods for recmmended remedies and learn how to address wellness in a holistic way. Meet at the picnic pavillion for class. Join at 4:30 for a peaceful walk prior to class.
