Intermediate Ceramics & The Wheel at Kate's Art School

Description

Taught by Abby Dawson, this class is for adult ceramics students, with prior experience and training in the medium, such as those who have already taken a ceramics course at Kate's Art School. This class introduces wheel throwing, alternating wheel time with independent hand building time, to focus on more sophisticated handle-creating, pedestals, feet, spouts, and other vessel accessories. This class requires a growing level of confidence with the materials, tools, and techniques of the medium. This class caps at six students.
