Description
Come learn the sights and sounds of birds with naturalist and bird guide, Juliet Berger. Spring is here, and we welcome back many Warbler species nesting at the Gardens as well as those Warblers migrating through. Northern Flicker, Baltimore Oriole, and Rose-breasted Grosbeak will be nesting at HLG. Keep your eyes peeled for the chance to glimpse Golden-crowned and Ruby-crowned Kinglets and other spring migratory birds. Learn the song of the American Robin, our state bird, and many more. Binoculars and hiking shoes or boots are highly recommended for this 2-3 hour walk. .
