DESCRIPTION:The Irish Hills Regional Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for Self Care\, Yoga\, and Connection at Towns End Event Center\n\nJoin us on Tuesday\, March 11\, 2025 at 5:30pm. \n\nHollie from Yoga Studio 225 will lead us in a low-key\, laid back yoga class that is suitable for all levels. We spend so much time taking care of other people\, or businesses\, and our community. This is a wonderful time to slow down\, relax\, and take care of yourself. No experience (or fancy yoga pants) required. Mats will be provided. Just bring yourself and maybe a friend! Yoga will be from 5:30 to 6:30pm and we'll have some light refreshments afterward. It's a great opportunity to connect with other community members after an hour of Zen!
