DESCRIPTION:The Irish Hills Regional Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for Self Care\, Yoga\, and Connection at Towns End Event Center\n\n\n\nJoin us on Tuesdays in May of 2025 at 5:30pm.\n\n\nHollie from Yoga Studio 225 will lead us in a low-key\, laid back yoga class that is suitable for all levels. We spend so much time taking care of other people\, or businesses\, and our community. This is a wonderful time to slow down\, relax\, and take care of yourself. No experience (or fancy yoga pants) required. Mats will be provided. Just bring yourself and maybe a friend! \n\n \n\nYoga will be from 5:30 to 6:30pm and we'll have some light refreshments afterward. It's a great opportunity to connect with other community members after an hour of Zen!
