Do you feel like you are holding on to something that you are ready to let go? Maybe a limiting belief, an unwarranted feeling (grief, fear, shame), a past circumstance or situation, a conflict you’re ready to put behind you, a person you need to energetically release or forgive? Maybe you’re not ready or able to let go 100%, but perhaps you’re ready to start the release process, let go of just a piece, and begin your healing journey.
Rather than going through this process alone, you are invited to sit in Circle, where additional energy will support your release of what no longer serves you. Acknowledging that we need to shed layers of the past in order to grow into the authentic self that we were born to be, the impact of release can be stronger and more permanent while held in Circle. You are not alone. It is time.
Bring something to write on (journal/notepad). Light refreshments will be available.
