FREE and open to all! A short, sweet tradition to help kids big and small welcome the darkness of winter.
Bring a lantern, flashlight, or other light, make your own at home or at Watkins lake State Park.
Glass jar or recycled container
Tissue paper
Watered down glue
Paintbrush
String to make handle.
+Flameless tea lights will be available
+Tissue paper, glue, twine, and a few jars will be on site.
