Jackson Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet
Featuring; Trumpet: Jim Stuart (Narrator), Trumpet: Ed Tappan, Horn: Steve Foster, Trombone: Chris Sayles,
Tuba: John Fenton.
Program to include early classical music including hit’s from the 1600’s, Octoberfest music, honoring our veterans
with Armed Forces Salute, music from opera with Kurt Weil’s Mack the Knife, ragtime music, a toe tapping medley of
Duke Ellington music, Dixieland music, and our traditional closer is Ain’t Misbehavin’ by Fats Waller.

Dan Bickel
Local performing musician and current Jackson College instrumental music faculty, plans to deliver a variety of songs
ranging from 1930s/1940s standards, patriotic songs, and a collection of works by artists like Johnny Cash, Elvis, and
the Beatles. Feel free to sing along and throw out some requests, and let’s have some fun!

Golden Eagle Jazz Band
Led by Brian Akers. He will be leading a repertoire of Pop, Swing, Rock, and Latin.

Cornerstone Community Church Choir
Directed by Doug Vasbinder. Neighbors and longtime friends of the Brooklyn Living Center.
