Description
Courtney Clark of Cake Nouveau is teaming up with Kate's Art School for this fun two-day class. Courtney is a 10 episode contestant on the Food Network Challenge, later going on to be featured on the first season of TLC's "Last Cake Standing," and after that went on "The View." She currently teaches at the French Pastry School in Chicago and will be joining us for a two-day study on cookie decorating, and specifically how to use different consistencies of icing. This class is for adults. No prior art or baking experience necessary.
