Description
This is for anyone who is looking for something relaxing and mindful to do after the holidays. It is less about making a final painting and more about ‘just flowing’! Together we will tap into flow state and be present.
What’s flow state?
Simply put, the flow state is having effortless attention! Have you ever been driving along and then all of the sudden realize where you are without remembering how you got there? Or have you ever been so focused on something that you lost track of time? Or maybe been in a brainstorming meeting and have so many new ideas? That’s flow state!
What will the workshop include?
To get into a flow state, we will cover basic color theory, warm up to the watercolor materials, and create a piece that consists of organic shapes, lines, and brush strokes! I will provide a worksheet for participants to follow along with. There is no grading, no judging, or critique! This class is for you to tap into a meditative flow state and watch the magic of watercolor move through your brush. All materials will be included.
