We're welcoming in 2026 with one of our favorite events! 108 Sun Salutations is a steady, rhythmic challenge, but one that meets you exactly where you are. You can take breaks, move slowly, or flow continuously. We'll breathe together, move together, and set the tone for a year filled with intention and possibility.
And the feeling afterward....PURE ACCOMPLISHMENT. There's nothing quite like the glow that comes from showing up, breathing through the work, flowing alongside one another, and finishing stronger than you started.
