With more people working from home than ever before, work-from-home injuries are on the rise. Prevention and intentional wellness are the keys to staying healthy in your new environment. Work-from-home wellness needs to be intentional, and this live lunch-and-learn event will teach you the things you can be doing to improve your work-from-home experience.
 
This live event will take place on Tuesday, April 13th from 12pm-1pm at Orthopaedic Rehab Specialists Physical Therapy - Ann Arbor (3921 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 | https://g.page/orsannarbor). Lunch from Uptown Coney Island (Ann Arbor) will be provided for in-person attendees.
 
Ann Arbor, Michigan, was recently named the fourth-best city in the US to work from home. But how many people working from home have an ergonomic set-up or are continuing to eat healthily and engage in regular fitness routines?
 
Join ORS Ann Arbor physical therapists (https://orsmi.com/ann-arbor) David Arend and Renee Kirbs on Tuesday, April 13th to learn how to improve your home office setup, maintain a regular exercise routine, and be intentional with your nutritional habits while working from home.
 
In-person attendance will be capped at 25 individuals and will follow all appropriate social distancing practices, including masks when not eating. Those unable to attend in-person can register to watch the live broadcast online (via Zoom) or view the recorded presentation at their convenience.
