Seasonal Interests in the Garden
September 9 from 10 to 11:30 a.m.
A well planned garden can still look attractive at this time of year. Late blooming perennials provide color and fragrance. Ornamental grasses and evergreens give structure to the garden while fruits and colorful bark add additional interests. A wide variety of changing foliage colors will also enhance the Garden.
Horticulturist, Ellyn Meyers, will show images to inspire you and provide recommendations for specific plants and plant combinations to increase seasonal interest in your garden. We will then go for a walk to see examples of these plantings at Hidden Lake Gardens.
Cost: $18 per person/ $15 Friends of HLG. Registration is required.
