Vinyasa, “to place yourself in a special way”. We are beyond excited that Austeen is coming back to Yoga Studio 225!. Join her for a special themed class dedicated to placing ourselves in purposeful, intentional and special ways. All under the umbrella of a Vinyasa Yoga Flow. We will flow for 75 minutes long with music that moves us and makes us FEEL.

This class seeks to marry strength, ease, tenderness, purpose, and support in your yoga practice.
