HELP WANTED: BARTENDER
The Irish Hills Eagles Aerie #3689 is seeking a friendly, reliable, and energetic Bartender to join our social room team. If you love a vibrant community atmosphere and enjoy connecting with great people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
Cook on the small grill behind the bar and prepare bar food.
Provide excellent, welcoming service to our members and guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
Adhere to all local, state, and club alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred (but will train the right personality!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Must be trustworthy, dependable, and a team player.
Compensation: minimum wage plus tips
